How could I find out about some one taking money off your card without you knowing it

Call your card holder ask about your account activities and when you hear a purchase or action you didn't make report it as a fraudulent action

Banking question not a social security question, you would need to contact your financial institution and see a list of charges, and dispute ones that you didn't make. I would suggest going into your local branch of your bank.
