Why is your drive thru so ridiculously long? Why don't you move cars up that are waiting on orders ibstead of everyone behind this person waiting. Been here 15 minutes waiting for the first car at the window for 10 min now!

Yes they have an issue during "rush hour"

I don't understand why it would take that long when you have two drive thru lanes.Maybe management is the problem perhaps workers are not trained properly as how to handle lunch rush patrons.

Considering how long they've been open youd think they'd have learned to compensate at some point.

That McDs is bad no fly zone, no matter what time of day.

Management

At a certain length of time, the fault lies with the management and its ridiculous that I now have to go drive to a different McDonald's to get anything. The fact that this many complaints have occurred for this long and nothing has been done to change this is unacceptable and an embarrassment to McDonald as a whole. If they want less business, let's give them less business.....
