Look I’ve been there and really unless they are there long term they won’t get any treatment other than bad treatment. I was sent there short term and every single therapy group that was supposed to happen didn’t. I got sent a second time and there were TWO groups that happened in the 6 days I was there and they were the exact same group. By the way there are supposed to be like four groups a day. Unorganized. The way they treat patients is through medication and that’s about it. And when I said bad treatment I mean when I got there the kids were telling me I look like a dyke and a lesbian and a nurse heard and just said “yea I can see it”, There’s more that happened and I would be more than happy to talk to you about it, but please for the sake of the child take them to therapy first or for Christ sake a bible camp or something. no place for someone hurting.
