My best answer is shop with someone who is a member and use your gift certificate.
I can't really think of any other answers other than the four you've already got
Or you can buy a membership, do your shopping, leave, come back the next day and cancel your membership for a refund. You can also ask them for a day pass and advise them that you will use it for the gift card shopping. Worst they can say is no.
