Friendly staff, came in looking for a costume for a theme party. Friendly staff, I was wow'd by what they have here. It's more like legit costumes, theatre, movies, production. If you really want to blow away the competition this is where you go. If you're looking for a $40 costumes, this is not where you go

Additional Thoughts: Jadene at Costume World took advantage of me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I had to find a Tinman costume at the last minute due to a local theatre providing us the wrong-sized Tinman costume, so I took it upon myself to rent one with Costume World. First off, Jadene insulted me for being the biggest Tinman she'd heard as I am 250-60lbs, then proceeded to charge me nearly $500 for a DIY Tinman costume that DID NOT match the pictures listed on the costume World website. THEN it was $175 to ship the costume back.. So I am out nearly $700 on the WRONG costume. Costume World are a bunch of crooks! AVOID AVOID AVOID!! . AVOID AT ALL COST! If able, I would give no stars. The first Wizard of Oz costume we rented turned out to be a small when we had ordered a large. So we turned to Costume World. It was very last minute, but ordered anyway. I paid top dollar and was not sent the costume on the website. After making some calls, we went with a much better quality costume, not great, at a quarter of the cost, but was forced to make a lengthy drive. When asked about the discrepancy regarding the costume not matching the photo on the website, Jadene the rep stopped all contact. When asked for a refund, I was told they would not be doing that. I am a car dealer and if I promised a new car to customer in today's crazy car market and sold them a pre-owned car, knowing they were desperate and would take anything, would that be good business? Essentially, this is what Jadene and the good folks at CW did to yours truly. Costume World, what a nightmare. AVOID. The negative reviews speak for themselves.
