Been there countless times. And I mean countless. Never seen a non-service dog in Biggby. They follow the procedure they told you. It's clean and wonderfully friendly and delicious though
Service animals are always permitted in the shop. All other animals must be restrained outside. I hope this helps, we look forward to serving you soon!
I've seen people walk in with their dogs early in the morning mostly runners from the area the staff knows. But I stopped going in their, they cost more than Starbucks and I have to drive out of my way. Shame too because I really like the place. Where's the one in florence at? On the subject of service animals it's out of control, people putting dogs in shopping carts in Kroger calling them service animals. My dogs keep me calm too because I have issues but I'm not going online and getting a piece of paper that says they're a service animal and taking them inside outback seating them at the table and feeding them. Another thing I have seen happen many times.
The other day I did see a women in there with a non service dog.the dog was not marked as a service dog.plus I know a few people that have service dogs.so I know s few things about this topic
Again James, how are you certain it wasn't a service animal? Often owners do not have them wear the special vest. Registering any pet as service animal is a relatively simple matter.
Are you sure it was a "non-service" animal? Because they have to treat all service animals the same, even if it is a therapy/comfort/support/seizure/diabetes animals as well as a "seeing eye" animal. Sometimes you can't tell by looking at someone why they have a service animal.
Go to the one in Florence, it has a drive thru.
Dont eat your bagels on the floor and you should be OK
