Since moving in this has been nothing but a headache, and the office staff shows 0 empathy. When moving in we were under told we were signing a lease for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit. Upon getting the keys we were left with a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit, with a closet where the bathroom should be. The closet has a bathroom fan and we were told that was what we get. Additionally there was broken glass in our carpet from a broken chandelier, an empty liquor bottle left on the deck, and the fridge smelled like something was left rotting in it prior to moving in. Admittedly they got us a new fridge before the end of the day, but if we had any other option for a place to live at that point we would have taken it. Here we have had issues with our water regularly, if it's on hot you have to turn on cold water or the temperature reaches 145 degrees, burning you. The water will randomly be shut off and we will receive an email about it hours later. There is consistently construction being done to the vacant unit below with no warning. As both renters in the unit work from home this is very problematic. We were also required to vacate our space for two weeks at the start of 2022 so they could rebuild the deck leading to our apartment entrance. We were not provided with a space to relocate. They said we could move to a new unit, we would take over the lease of that apartment (an extra 200-300$ a month) or use renters insurance to get a hotel room. We were unable to go through renters insurance as the rental company never provided the paperwork stating the construction was ordered by the city. What has sparked this complaint today is a water pipe bursting around noon. We were not informed we did not have water until 3pm. At 5pm we were informed we would be without water until morning. When asked what we do to use the bathroom we were told to go to the gas station nearby, or fill the tank with bottled water. They informed me they would not reimburse us for the water we had to purchase. The office here has absolutely 0 empathy for their residents and the situations they're forced into, and will never go out of their way to help if you need it or accept responsibility for the living conditions provided. Stay away from here at all costs or you will undeniably regret it. Very telling one of the only positive reviews have been left by a leasing agent from the management company.

Good apartments, not the most competitively priced. That bald maintenance guy (I think his name was Will) was awesome. It's hard to find someone so dedicated to making sure a job gets done right, promptly, and is followed up with when needed. I always see him around the complex working hard. That man needs a raise for sure.
