Im sure it's lovely. But we drive an hour and the trails were all closed. A notice to that effect on the website would have been helpful.

The grounds are well maintained and offer a nice place to pay one's respect. The working crew are very nice and accommodating.

Very nice walking, clean environment, black squirrel trail is kinda rough if not used to it, near the end is high hill climbs. Ended up finding a hummingbird spot on tree frog trail.. will walk many more times

Why are you letting independance cemetery run down the grass is always high and the pond is a disgrace you spend any amount of money highlands needs and you let independance go ? If Jeff Fisk was still alive this wouldn’t be this way maybe News help

I regrettably don't know. You probably should give them a call.

I went 6/23/19 to visit my grandma and papaw and I was shocked to see how HIGHLAND CEMETERY does absolutely nothing to remove the lawn clippings, dirt, weeds! I called the director but he is loud and disrespectful. Local Fox 19 has been sent photos.

Go to their office. The have a legend or map that shows where everyone is laid to rest.
