How am i suppost to cut tailpipe and muffler if cutting torches are no allowed and theres no outlets for grinder sawzall ect.?

Battery powered sawzall, old school hack saw (but will take for ever), battery powered angle grinder, all the cars have had the catalytic converter cut out any ways. You may just be able to unhang from the cat back to save time or aleast cut away the unnecessary tubing while not under the car.

Take a small generator with you to power tool for cutting they won't let grinders with cutting wheels but will allow sawzaw.
