It's at a hotel, and most of the time when I charge there the parking lot is pretty full. There are no signs staying guest parking only, but as a courtesy, I would ask the management before parking.
There is also (or was) a 3rd party charging station in the same area, can't remember the company though. But it is a hotel as stated above, and they also stage a lot of test cars here from Michigan, so the lot can be full at times, but I haven't seen a completely full lot.
