A complete scam! I signed up for a telemedicine conversation and didn’t even speak to a doctor. Conversation lasted 2 minutes and didn’t even get what I needed (prescription refill). They want to charge $159 for a 2-minute conversation.

Call the urgent care back when they're open, and explain the situation to make sure they've called it in. Humans are fallible, sometimes things get looked over. Also double check with them what pharmacy they called it into.

Code payment for what, exactly? With my insurance, I only had to pay $90 And I never received an additional bill
