The maintenance is lazy! His truck is sitting for 6-8 hours/day. He has not even tried to plow our road, poor pizza delivery guys are getting stuck daily. I think we should hire a plow crew and deduct from the ridiculous rent. Maintenance guy needs to be fired!!! Are we really paying his salary? Give me the keys to the truck and I'll do the job.
I agree he's not doing that great with plowing. But there's nothing he can do about it building up around a car in the road or at the end of a drive way.
Completely agree. The maintenance is terrible. We have called and asked so many times about individual problems and especially about the plowing of snow.
