I live here, there is at least atwo year wait. Fill out a application. Come in front door, and get an application on the wall, or ring the managers intercom and someone will get you one. 65 or disabled... I'm not 60... I'm disabled.
Yes, there is a waiting list. I'm not sure how long, so give the bldg mgt a call for more details. They'd be more than happy to help you with all of your questions.
