The sales part was a little rough, She had to ask a manager for a lot of help but the delivery was on time, quick, friendly and very efficient. Steve and his partner were courteous and great. They had our couches and king mattress in super fast, unpacked and out the door in what seemed like minutes. BRAVO

Absolutely the worst. Very long story, but basically bought a brand new loveseat, but was delivered one that had been clearly used for scrap as it was missing MULTIPLE pieces. Tried calling our sales rep, they were gone on vacation for the week. Tried talking to the store manager, was told by one person they were on lunch break and, with a second phone call and different person, that they were in an interview. Please do not shop with Value city furniture. You WILL be disappointed.

I went in about a 2 months ago. I bought a nice sectional and a leather recliner with 2 end tables. The couch was delivered and they put the sectional together. I noticed that they forgot to plug in the phone charging station. I figured, no problem , I can just plug it in. Then noticed they forgot to plug in the recliners and the corner piece sat 3 inches lower than the couch. Called the store and Taylor answers. Very rude she said just plug it in. I told her that I paid for deliver and they set it wrong. The pointe is 3 months later and horrible customer service... seems like nobody cares about doing their job . Taylor was horrible to deal with!

Both Tracey and Laura were absolutely amazing! They were kind and helpful and explained all options to us thoroughly. The experience didn’t feel like a typical “used car salesperson.” It was enjoyable. Would shop here again!
