Are these pet friendly to a small dog that's housebroken an is a couch potato that won't destroy the apartment

Fish are allowed my friend has some and even a bearded dragon. Just nothing with furr

I was told that you could have fish or even small turtles as long as it wasn't an exotic animal. But yeah no dogs or cats allowed.
