Yes. However if you can manage to load and deliver 2 rugs to them, they will come out to your vehicle for no charge, bring them in Ave inspect & tag them, and give you a 2 for 1 price to clean them. I'm not sure about the specifics. But I did this and it only took about ten minutes after a very brief wait at the service window. In my case the cleaning for both came to around $150.
