There are a couple but the good ones are few and far between. I went to two different women when I had locs and I would'nt recommend either of them. One was a layabout that didnt care about her bad image in front of her clients and the other used jam and thick oils for retwisting. Most of the bad locticians charge between 50 to 60, a good one will probably charge 65 to 80.
