The only discount I know is related to referal from some neighbor and is about 500 usd. They also have different discounts per month. I do recommend that you visit the office and see the houses. Is a very strategic place to live and peaceful
they have first-time-come-in-office discount，when we come here. they also have resident refer discount. and they have seasonal discount，but it should not always have that. call them to check with that. Hoping it can help you.
