Jeep provides zero to no support at the dealership level for their franchises to complete proper repairs. They hide behind a curtin and are incompetent and oblivious to any service support needs. My 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L has never worked right from delivery and Stellantis and their service team takes the "throw parts at it" route providing the most inconvenient experience for their consumers. I have yet to speak with someone from Stellantis or FCA in regards to the issues with my vehicle. This was our first and last Jeep product and I will be sure to utilize every social platform to make potential buyers aware of the poor quality of their products and lack of service.

Dont Buy a Jeep They will not honor there warranty.2014 Grand cherokee Leather dash Peeling off .They will not replace under warranty.2 year between dealer and jeep corp.First because no part due to covid. Now they cant find first claim.They are the worst .Stay away from Jeep. Small claims court next

hi , does a dodge mopar dealership have to uphold the warranty if your car breaks down more than 100 miles from home,if you have the max care lifetime warranty, and not honor the trip interference /wait for diagnoses
