Depends on how busy they are.
Like any restaurant, it depends on the day and the time. They have supposed "call-ahead seating" which we only used once. Despite calling ahead, the last time our group of 6 waited 2 hours to get seated. It was for a birthday, and the guest of honor was adamant about eating there, otherwise I'd have been out of there long before that.

Is this a real question? I'll tell you what, I'm betting on a Tuesday afternoon, probably not. On a Friday evening, probably. Pick up the phone and call them.
I go to longhorn a couple times a month and I've never had to wait for a seat... We even went in with 20 people during lunch time and we sat down all together no problem
No wait during lunch to be seated probably because no one wants go. Big wait to be served food, which is confusing giving that there isnt any customers.
They have call ahead seating, so just look up their number, call and tell them about what time you will be there and give them your name and they will put you on the list if there is a wait. If it's a weekend you might have to wait a little bit before you get your table but not as long as if you just walk in.
