I disagree too. Usually go there for team building with my colleagues at work, so never thought they would let people in in shorts. Well, i was on vacation last week and went with a friend from out of town. We were casual, and the service was still great. Bar staff was so cool too.
On the weekends, daytime meals, you could get away with dress shorts an a v-neck. Dinnertime, no.

Disagree. I had an excellent time to include service and food. Shorts and v neck is fine
If I could wear shorts & a tank top, I wouldn't go back there again. Way too much to pay for the lousy service you get!
