I would make sure to discuss the gluten free needs before you order. It will limit the options some as a lot of Ethiopian food has some zort of gravy base to it and depending on the thickining agent used, that can contain gluten. Also the bread that dishes are often plated on probably contains gluten. They are super friendly there and willing to help with dietary needs.
