Can't blame ya. I've not shopped at pick a grave in 16 years.
I'm disabled & 98% of the time when I ask for assistance shopping, they don't have anyone to help & then I shop by myself, but as I'm shopping I have to ask other shoppers to reach for things oft of high shelves or awkward places! When I get to the cashier I'm usually frustrated because what would have been a 20 minute shopping trip with help takes me 11/2 hours or more!!
Unfortunately this is the case in any retail establishment. It is a way to get feedback from customers.
I believe it is a courtesy to find out if you had any problems finding items and then hopefully reporting back to the manager any issues that upset you like not having items on the Shelf need
