Sorry. Don't know. Owner sometimes has Christian music on Sundays. He probably wants his employees to be home on the holiday. I know Aldi's is closed, too. The gas station/convenience stores are open. Maybe that'll do?

Also, no. There is a Tri-City National bank that will cash in change if you have an account. Not sure how they handle non-accoumt holders.
