I placed an order November23 and forgot to get the tracking number. Also why couldn't I use my kols cash?

The most recent kohls cash wasn't available until November 24.

THERE IS A BARCODE IN THE EMAIL THEY SENT YOU CAN USE THAT FOR PICKUP., NOT SURE WHY IT WOULDNT TAKE KOHLS CASH I THINK YOU HAVE TO CREATE A WALLET OR IT ASK FOR PROMO CODE OR THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO APPLY IT WHEN YOU PICK UP ORDER
