Their customer service is unusually smooth, even polished, & usually disarming, but sometimes unnervingly metallic..
The sales department is a typical car dealer sales team. They are very stingy with trade ins and not very willing to negotiate. The service department is very impressive and knowledgeable. Very friendly.
Their customer service is pretty good. They just expanded their service area to handle more car volume too.
