They do have awesome tofu steak. You can take seperately or in a set with soup and salad.
Salad
They probably have more than one thinks in the vegetarian dept. Various noodle dishes can made with tofu, and they have a fair amount compared to other Japanese restaurants that just specialize in sushi. They probably have about 3-5 different veggie type roll options. Check their website for more specifics. Overall, I've never had a bad dish or anything short of awesome at this restaurant.
I don't really think there are many.... you'd be limited to their udon noodle soups, tempura, california rolls I think. They do take requests though.
