Yes, no steel case no green tip, both will cause damage range equipment and danger to shooters
No green tips, no steel, no bi metal strictly brass. 300 blackout and 5.56 are allowed. Pistols and rifles. Must have sights on gun. Green tips will not damage range, but will start fires.
Green tips have a steel core in them which would damage the range. Stick with .223 or standard fmj .556 rounds and you'll be fine
