If I'm using Shiloh as an FFL, once it's transferred to me, do I have to pay to shoot it there or is there a complimentary shooting session?

Those are separate services...gun sales and range time. You'll need to purchase the firearm, ammunition, and range time. However, they are great guys at Shiloh. If there's something specific you are looking for, is encourage you to let them know before you finalize your purchase. Enjoy!
