I am having EXTREME difficulty getting a refund. I do not want a store credit. No one is helping me or returning my calls. Is there a corporate customer service or email address please? Thank you

I ordered online. I do keep calling. I was advised "Sarah the manger is rude. She doesn't have time to be nice." RIDICULOUS answers!!!! Just give me my refund and not this in-store credit forcing me to keep buying from your company. I'm EXTREMELY dissatisfied and THEY DO NOT CARE about customer satisfaction. TRULY the WORST company I've EVER dealt with in my life
