I ordered online. I do keep calling. I was advised "Sarah the manger is rude. She doesn't have time to be nice." RIDICULOUS answers!!!! Just give me my refund and not this in-store credit forcing me to keep buying from your company. I'm EXTREMELY dissatisfied and THEY DO NOT CARE about customer satisfaction. TRULY the WORST company I've EVER dealt with in my life
