I'm not sure about the classes, but rei does carry e-bikes. You may want to look over the website to get a feel for their inventory
Not sure. Maybe had used too! The old round rock store which closed used to sell more bikes. Although unsure in that aspect. You might check one of the bike stores down town near South Lamar if still in business. Some are big stores, which specialize in just bikes.
