We are snow birds. I have been at the McDonald's on 192 in West Melbourne 3 times and everytime they have made mistakes! They also set my milkshakes open on the counter where one young kid was coughing and sneezing on them! Done with this place!

I believe it's the management fault. This McDonald's is slow and the orders are constantly getting screwed up. The managers act like they don't care about service or how the place looks

I love this place and all the staff, I have come here for 2 years and won't go to any other McDonald's.. never had any issues. Thanks for all your great service...

I totally understand...I have not experienced a lot of problems at that one, but the one on Hibiscus & Babcock has really gone downhill & the one on Palm Bay Road & Babcock has an employee who refused to serve a police officer.

This McDonald's is slow, expect 15 min plus in drive through. They might screw up on occasion and serve actual fresh food. Here a request for hot off the grill means pulled from steam cabinet and put on grill for 30 seconds. Watched this happen several times.

I've noticed different behaviors with employees at that particular McDonald's I think it depends on the shift and who's working
