I have been tanning at Solara Tanning for about a year!! It is truly an exceptional business; and worth the highest review I could give. I could not be more pleased with my tan. Everyone who works here; from the owner, to each employee, is professional, knowledgeable, and very personable!! Most importantly; the tan that I am receiving is exceptional. The bulbs are changed regularly; and the environment is spotless, welcoming; and the tanning experience is fantastic!

First time going to a tanning salon. I got a spray tan and it looks fabulous. The staff was super friendly and helpful— I think the girl at the front desks name was sam. She was awesome. I will definitely be coming back to get my spray tan redone again!!

I usually enjoyed going here, but this last time really disappointed me esp. being one who works for my own company and bend myself backwards to make my customers happy. So when I walk into the booth to start my spray tan with the extra paid booster I was surprised I couldn't hear the directions then realizing the person in the room next to me had started her booth at the same time causing the sound of the booths to be too loud for me to hear. So I quickly jump out so I wouldn't botch my tan and grabbed the attention of the worker who was basically right out side the door quickly explaining what happened thinking shed just shut it off and re start it but she looked alittle puzzled not knowing what to do so instead walked away to call the owner well by that time the tan was wasted and I was told that I'd have to pay for the booster again. Shocked because it's not like I caused anything to disrupt myself from hearing the directions it was a simple explanation of two sprays going on at the same time and it was too loud for me to hear. It's not about the money its about the fact that the owner can't understand it wasnt the customers fault and I shouldn't have to pay for such a simple mistake that I would have chalked up to it happens. But instead was made to feel like being a customer there wasnt valued and I had to pay up twice for something I did not cause. Simple as that not going back but the real kicker was right before I wasnt feeling great so I had some lunch make its appearance (nothing crazy bathroom was left spotless) while picking my tan I told the girl working had nothing to hide just carrying a convo. The upsetting and shocking part is the girls working went and told the customers sitting there next waiting all about it. Just unprofessional very disgusted a business would conduct themsleves in that matter. Never again for myself or my friends.

By far the best tanning experience! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I am allergic to some skincare products and they took the time to scan the lotion ingredients to make sure I was safe. The salon is exceptionally clean and all the equipment is well maintained. If you're new to tanning they explain the whole process and always tell customers about their special promos. Don't waste your time at other tanning places, Solara is the best hands down!
