You do not need an appointment. A lot of people have had similar issues. Suggestion: Some people have reported that by moving the Energy Saver > System Sleep timer to more than 15 minutes it will keep the WiFi from disconnecting. Most Mac factory settings are designed to preserve battery life. However, this is not always what the Mac owner cares about. While some of the older MacBook Pro laptops and iMac s had connection issues, Apple solved most of those problems. I would almost wager it has to do with the sleep settings +/or energy saving for the battery. Good luck.đź‘Ť
No, but i would recommend taking it to an apple store, since it is under warranty with apple. Genius bar at apple does generally need an appt.
If you bought the warranty, yes, but geek squad is a hassle and will usually just send it out to be looked at elsewhere. I hear good stuff about PC Guru but I usually fix my own pc problems.
