Went to the store to buy the new iPhone, was skipped over multiple times and customers that came way after I did were assisted before me, all to be told after an hour of waiting that they don’t have any of the phones in store and I would have to come in DAILY to check if it’s available. Definitely felt ignored. Thanks Apple.

We made two appointments. One at 4:10 and another at 4:30. It is 4:32 and we are still sitting here yet to be helped. Not sure what the point of making an appointment is if they are not going to keep it.

Just order online. We went into the store for assistance purchasing a new iPhone but the door greeter directed us to the website instead . Even after explaining the issue she then told us to call the Apple 800 number. Waste of a time going to the store.

Wouldn't hurt. They have a really high traffic so your battery might go out of stock right before you leave.
