HEB has security on duty. I would call and get an okay from a Named PERSONNEL. IT IS THE HEB on I45 and FM 646. League City. Texas. But its the Dickinson Texas first exit. Youll see Kohls. Taco Cabana .Sprint. On the HEB side on the the I 45 Exit. On the Opposite side on 45 at the exit is Walmart. Just take a left on the overpass over I45 at 646. Walmart Does Allow. Thats why i believe HEB does. But be sure and get a name. There is also a great place to part at 646 & Caroline. Its Called "Green Caye. " office on site. Lotsof perks and great people. Sure hope i helped.so i would then think Walmart Wouldbe good. My family has parked there when came in late and no problem. Under the light.
