I was doing two transactions at window gave the teller money straight from ATM never put it on my possession and even had the receipt from ATM of how much it was and he took it was supposed to put it in my husband's account and said the money was short by 100 dollars I was so upset finally the manager came found the mistake he made and fixed the problem but until then he was basically saying I did not give him the proper amount of money it was a horrible experience and almost cost me a hundred dollars be careful at this bank !!

I have banked with Woodforest since 2012. I have never gotten a fee. If you simply pay attention when opening the account you can see that most to all fees are avoidable. Extended hours are a plus and with Covid you could tell that even though they changed hours, they let you walk up without appointment unlike every other bank close by. Woodforest is awesome in my opinion.

Unbelievably rude young man working at the front desk was not only unhelpful but disrespectful and not interested in taking the recommended precautions for the virus to reduce or prevent the spread to other people please do not go in here to do business if you are interested in kindness or concerns at all
