I know for sure they don't have any bulk bins. I've never seen the cutlery or straws there. However, you can find all of those things at whole foods, central market and sprouts.
They do not have bulk bins. They may have paper or metal straws. Have never tried to use a glass container, but I'm sure they would do their best to work with your needs. Always very accommodating. Not sure about cultry sets.
