No sure on your situation but I took a game console in that was not working at all... Got a an answer to the problem cant even remember what it was they said it was gonna be something like 75.00 but the had to order the part and it would be a about a week I agreed think I paid for the part or a percentage of the cost idk but it ended up not being that at all once they took it apart found somekinda other game console game thats smaller than the usual games. Anyways they call me right a way didnt have to wait the week and went I went to pick it up they game me my money back... Charged my card 14 or 17 something dollars for the diagnostic fee and I tipped them. Great honested people would recommend them.
