Parking on top of Farmer's Market isn't free. The 1st 30 minutes is free then the pay rate differs from day to day. If it's a event it's any where from 15 dollars to 20 dollars. On non event day's its 10 dollars. You have security that works at the parking on Farmer's Market roof parking.
