I think all restraunt in market square stay open late but market square shuts down about 11pm but on special events they stay open as late as 1am

Building times and Plaza events vary by time of year. Typically the El Mercado Building and Farmer's Market building close at 6 pm during the winter months and 7 pm during the summer months.
