It seems you've had better luck with Glick Skin Institute then I. I never saw Dr. Glick. I haven't seen the same doctor twice, neither of which was Glick. I needed to change an appointment. I had to call the office ten times to reschedule as they kept putting me on hold or disconnecting me. I showed up for the rescheduled appointment and was told that I had no appointment. Not a great experience but I'm still going to the Institute hoping they can help me.
