Yes. The seat belts are long and you control the speed of the coaster.
The staff usually keeps the riders spaced enough apart to allow you a comfortable speed. Getting in and out of the seat may be harder for later trimesters. There is a slight to moderate jarring and shaking as you go through certain points of the track. If I remember right, the seatbelt crosses your stomach.
