There's not really much for a blind person to do there, honestly. I don't believe they would enjoy the experience much at all

There are some attractions that I'd say visually impaired could participate in such as the hurricane experience, the earthquake experience, and a few other things. Honestly I wouldn't think it would be worth the money you would pay.
There are activities that use all the senses, not just sight so I would have to say, yes. There is no putt-putt in WonderWorks.
They can play putt putt, they would need assistance.
