What kind of shoes are required?

Regular shoes, no flip flops or heels.

Closed toed shoes, preferably sneakers.

Any regular shoes just no flip flops I seem signs every where that said no flip flop.

If i remember correctly, I wore hiking shoes.

Regular shoes for ropes coarse. Any shoes or flip flops for ground activities.

I wore flip flops but I didn't do the ropes course. You have to wear tennis shoes to do that.
