Due to the sub zero weather we recently had we did get backed up on repairs, I did explain to you that we were behind on work, in all fairness the turn around time was fair being that we had 21 vehicles ahead of yours, plus the 45.00 diagnostics fee is well below any competitor in town and more than fair.I am saddened that you feel this way about our services, but in all we did do our best to get you back on the road as quickly as possible.Thank you and hopefully you can understand the delay.
This is a really good place sometimes it takes awhile to look at vehicles butnthats like anywhere depends on how busy they are n if u get it fixed with them they do not charge the fee to look at it n they will give u deals if u have a few things wrong n fix em had my whole break system done in frint few mo ths ago n got a great deal n havent had no problems but anywhere u fonis a servicd fee if u dnt get work dne n could take a few days to look at it thats a good thing means they took there time to check it out and didnt rush n look at it
