Consumer Beware! I took my vehicle here for a fuel pump repair. When I left the parking lot the brakes didn’t work. I had to drive right back and they said I had a broken brake line. Which just so happened to be in the rear by the gas tank that they worked on. They did not check their work and let my kid drive it out of the parking lot with no brakes! I brought it right back and had to pay for the work on the brake line. After they fixed the brake line I drove it to the gas station to fill it up. Gas was pouring out the filler hose to the tank onto the ground. Took the truck back again and explained the issue. The owner/manager went into the back to get the mechanic. They both came out and as the mechanic was explaining the issue to me the owner/manager left out the front door the peeled out as he angrily drove away. No apology. If the shoddy work wasn’t bad enough, his behavior only added to our bad experience. The mechanic said they forgot to add a clamp on the fuel hose. I also explained that the vehicle was driving weird and was shaking a bit. They told me that it’s because of the new fuel pump. After not long of driving it and the vehicle acting up so I checked oil. Somehow my vehicle ended up losing all the oil in it even though we never experienced it burning oil or leaking it. Now the engine shakes and it caused damage so bad I need to get it rebuilt. Of course they deny draining the oil. They repaired the fuel pump and broke a brake line and didn’t test drive it to know the brakes weren’t working. They didn’t make sure the fuel hose was clamped. They would of felt the vehicle shaking a bit and driving funny if they did a test drive after they worked on it. Now I’m out of a vehicle and they are declining responsibility. You have an excuse for ever bad review. First off it wasn’t a 1992 so your probably referring to a different vehicle. If you are saying the brake lines were rusted and needed to be replaced and told me them your a straight up liar. Any mechanic that sees something like rusted brake lines would write up an invoice for the repair and ask permission to be fixed and if declined then they would at least have it documented. You never told me that they were rusty! Admit you make mistakes and quit making excuses.

Due to the sub zero weather we recently had we did get backed up on repairs, I did explain to you that we were behind on work, in all fairness the turn around time was fair being that we had 21 vehicles ahead of yours, plus the 45.00 diagnostics fee is well below any competitor in town and more than fair.I am saddened that you feel this way about our services, but in all we did do our best to get you back on the road as quickly as possible.Thank you and hopefully you can understand the delay.
