Graduated from Union College and I’m going to be visiting this weekend April 12th through the 15th and I’m just wondering if the range is reopened. Was down around Christmas time and it was closed due to insufficient funds for range to be cleaned

No, still closed. Area is still in a mess because of recent floods. They can not get equipment into area to repair vandalism until area drys out enough to do so. Probably won't be open for several weeks or maybe a couple of months yet.
