Why is it hit or miss everytime I place an order? I order chicken cheesesteak everytime and its eather great or soaking soggy wet like the roll was soaked in water. I spent $40 or more every order. Can I please get an answer.

I only go to COCOS for what they're best known for their PIZZA it's always delicious
