Well do u think I would still be able to ride if there was no one else there or fee people

But how would that be fair u guys could make money off that I would pay like $3 or $4 just to be able to ride and there is quite a few people I know that would do the same

If it's not allowed, it wont be regardless If there's no one else is around

What do you mean by "ride"? If you mean car parking, they already have parking available. You park to the spot near the practice/game your going to, and just walk there. If you mean by riding your bike and/or skateboarding, you should be able to do that until they close.
